1. Grant of Rights

The Model grants the Photographer and their legal representatives, agents, licensees, and assigns the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs taken during the photo session for editorial, trade, advertising, portfolio, website, social media, and any other lawful purposes, in any manner and medium.

2. Compensation

The Model agrees that they are not entitled to any further compensation or royalties for the use of the images beyond what is outlined below (select one):

☐ Paid session – Model has paid for the session and retains personal use rights.

☐ TFP session – No monetary exchange. Images are exchanged for time.

3. Usage Rights for Model

The Model may use the provided images for personal, portfolio, and social media use, but not for commercial resale unless agreed upon in writing.

4. Release and Waiver

The Model releases the Photographer from any claims, including but not limited to defamation, invasion of privacy, or rights of publicity, arising from the use of the images.

5. Confidentiality & Image Integrity

Photographer agrees to present the model in a respectful manner and not to use the images in any unlawful, misleading, or defamatory way.

6. Minors

If the Model is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign below.
