Yes, For all services provided by Max Sterling a deposit of 50% is required. Full payment is due prior to services rendered 

Max recommend booking at least 6 hours in advance. Last-minute appointments may be available depending on availability..

Yes, we provide services in hotels, Airbnbs, and vacation rentals. Please confirm with the property beforehand.

Deposits can be made via Cashapp, Apple Pay, Venmo, or Chime

You may cancel up to 6 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Cancellations within 4 hours may incur a fee.

In the event that Max is late, delayed or has to cancel he will notify the client as quickly as possible.

Deposits are non refundable! In the event that cancellation happens on behalf of the person booking and it’s outside of the cancellation window there will be no refund of the remaining balance , if it is within the cancellation window the deposit is non refundable but the remaining balance will be refunded promptly
